1. Who we are

Sanematics is a creative and digital growth studio providing marketing, design and development services under a single retainer. These terms govern your use of this website and, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, our services. You can reach us any time at sanematics@gmail.com.

2. Using this website

You may browse this website for your personal or business use. You agree not to misuse it, which includes attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure, scraping content at scale, submitting forms with false or automated data, or using the site in any way that breaks applicable law.

3. Our services

We provide marketing, design and development services to clients under monthly retainers. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and guarantee terms for each engagement are set out in the individual client agreement signed before work begins. If anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

4. Fees and payment

• Engagements are billed as a flat monthly retainer, agreed in advance and invoiced monthly.
• Retainers are payable in advance for each month of service unless your agreement states otherwise.
• Late payment may result in work being paused until the account is brought up to date.

5. Money-back guarantee

Where a money-back guarantee applies to an engagement, its precise conditions, window and refund amount are defined in the client agreement for that engagement. Guarantee claims must be raised in writing to sanematics@gmail.com within the guarantee window.

6. Intellectual property

• Once an invoice covering a deliverable has been paid in full, the client owns the original work we created for them under that engagement, unless the client agreement states otherwise. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights and any applicable licences; we can transfer only rights we hold.
• We retain ownership of our own internal tools, processes, templates and pre-existing materials. This does not give us ownership of another creator's work.
• We may reference completed client work, client names and results in our portfolio only where we have the necessary rights or permission and subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Sanematics' original website copy, artwork and code are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Other creators' content, client materials, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective rights holders. Their appearance here does not grant visitors a licence to reuse them.

7. Third-party content and AI-assisted material

Some content displayed on this website comes from other creators, including material we have sourced or adapted using AI tools. We acknowledge that this material is not all original Sanematics work. AI assistance, editing, attribution or publication on this website does not transfer the original creator's rights to us or establish permission to use their work.

The presence of a work, creator name or brand on this website does not by itself establish that Sanematics created the original work, worked for that brand, or has the creator's endorsement. Any description of our contribution should be read with the item's specific credits and project details. Please report missing or inaccurate credits through the process below.

8. Creator concerns and removal requests

If you recognise your content on this website, or believe that material is being used without appropriate permission or credit, please email sanematics@gmail.com with the subject Content rights request. You can also find this link in our Contact section. You do not need to book a call or complete a business enquiry form.

• Identify the original work, with a source link or a description that helps us locate it.
• Include the page URL and the specific image, video, text or other material on our website.
• Explain your relationship to the work, provide a reply email address, and tell us whether you seek removal, corrected credit or another resolution.

We will review the concern and may ask for information needed to verify it. We may temporarily hide disputed material during review. If we cannot establish permission or another lawful basis for its use, we will remove it. Where continued use is authorised, we will address any necessary credit or description corrections.

We handle personal information in these requests as described in our Privacy Policy. This process does not waive a rights holder's rights, require them to contact us before taking other action, or make unauthorised use lawful. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Client responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on timely input. Clients agree to provide the access, materials, feedback and approvals needed for the work, and confirm that any materials they supply do not infringe anyone else's rights.

10. Disclaimers and AI assistance

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. Marketing results shown on this site reflect specific past engagements and are not a promise of identical results for any future client. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties regarding the website.

Nova is an AI assistant and can make mistakes. Its answers and website estimates are general information; they do not create a binding quote, contract, guarantee or confirmation of content rights. Please confirm project scope, pricing and rights with our team in writing. The Privacy Policy explains how chat messages are processed.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanematics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website. For services, our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months before the claim arose, unless the client agreement states otherwise.

12. Third-party services

This website uses third-party services for scheduling, meeting links, messages, AI replies and hosted media. Depending on the feature and configuration, these include Google Calendar or Meet, Calendly, email providers and the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

13. Changes to these terms

We will update these terms when the website's content practices or services change and revise the date above. Updates do not retrospectively grant permission to use third-party content or remove rights that already exist. A separate signed client agreement remains subject to its own amendment terms.

14. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The governing law for a specific client engagement is set out in its client agreement.
